I'm worry that I will not get a visa until I'm 21.

Please, explain to me how and when I should ask NVC to apply for me the freezing my age.

Write me a sample letter that I have to send them. I do not speak English very well.

According to my calculations using an online CSPA calculator you still have approx 6 months grace, and your date should be current next bullletin if no retrogression? So you should be fine. 

 

as far as I understand they automatically calculate CSPA, you don’t need to ask them.

Has your case been completed yet? 

 

What you can do now is only ask them what is your case status using this form https://secureforms.travel.state.gov/ask-nvc.php

Fill in all the information and select the question "What is the status of my case?"

You can write your question in the comment field.

After 2-4 weeks, they will answer you. If you have interview date, they will notify you via your email.

 

You should not do anything if your case was completed because it will make your case delayed.

Oh man, priority date is 22 Jun 2016 in latest visa bulletin...how annoying for you. Hopefully next one!

The NVC can not do anything for you since your PD is not current.  They only do CSPA calculations once a beneficiary's PD becomes current.  They will not do the calculations before that.

 

Once your PD becomes current in the August 2018 VB, your CSPA age will be locked in at under 21.

You wait for another month.  

 

It took 6 months to approve your I-130, so you have an extra 6 months after your 21st birthday under CSPA.  Within the next 6 months, your PD is likely to be current.

You will be fine even if you PD becomes current in after few months like in Sep, Oct or Nov in worst case scenario. I bet yours will be current before that probably next month or the another month. You are fine.

You are good until next January or February 2019, according to the first reply about the grace time which is about six months. Meaning you are protected by cspa before January/February 2019 and thus not aging out.
