Concluded my interview but full divorce proceedings needed

Hi everyone. I finally had my interview today. It was good but the co said she needs more than my divorce decree, I should mail the full divorce paper to the consulate before my visa can be issued. I'm I likely to be issued the visa. That was the only document she requested
