I am just researching for when we do AOS in June or July (after my fiancé arrives) but it is my understanding that we need to go to a local civil surgeon (USCIS-certified) in USA. We need to take the vaccination supplement from the medical (done before K1 interview), and have the civil surgeon copy the info onto the I-693 Vaccination Supplement. It is that document that is submitted with the AOS docs. Comments, anyone who has gone through the process?

If you need any addt'l shots, the civil surgeon will tell you then.
