Can anyone who recently got their welcome letters or actual cards check the mailing envelopes and see what city the postmark is from and reply please ?

Apparently some from CA are getting welcome letters in 10 - 14 days and some from FL are getting welcome letters in 30 days or over.

Also does the geographic location of which POE you entered at to activate your immigrant visa have any outcome on where the welcome letter and greencard are mailed from ? Or is it only based on your geographic location of residence in the USA ?

I believe all welcome letters and green cards are sent from Mesquite, TX regardless of beneficiaries US location.
