No, i think that's going to be waste of time and resources as well. I came in as K1 and changing status. I've been here a while though F1, H1B, K1, I am disappointed with how slow the case is going, but i am not rushed. Let them take their time...smh...I think the background check is due to my fourth EAD application which i submitted in january, anyother reason, your guess is just as good as mind.

You live in San Antonio but your local FO is Houston? 4th EAD C9 renewal? What is there to check anyway?

Filed in houston,  moved to San antonio for work,  returned back to houston. 

About the ead, just like i said earlier, your guess is just as good as mind.

Did you ever do a change of address request?

 

EAD will tell you what category you were in each time.

03/04/2019 Interview was scheduled

 

04/08/2019 We had our Interview 20 min seems ok. Yes/No questions and few others. Didn't requested much evidence, just; Insurance (Car/House),  2018 join filling taxes, mortgage statements, marriage certificate, pictures. Requested a new medical which we handed in.

 

Notice of Interview results "no decision letter" hand delivered at interview

 

App tracker hasn't updated still saying "Interview has been scheduled"

Some people got approved a week or two later.
