We officially hit the submit button online for the N-400 application this morning! Excited to be in the "beginning of the end" of our dealings with USCIS! I'm wondering what's next....how long have you guys waited to get a biometrics appointment? Does it come through the online portal or do you have to wait on snail mail?

Still nothing for me.

Hi fellow N-400 July filers. I have a two quick questions. I am attaching to my online N-400 application as "Evidence supporting the marriage" pretty much anything that I put in the I-751 application (Which is still pending) and of course updated versions up to the current month of all those supporting documents namely tax transcripts, bank statements, bills, policies etc. My questions are these: With regard to the taxes I have obtained my tax returns transcripts the kind the IRS recommends for immigration and I have attached those from the last 3 years and for 4 years in total as part of the evidence. Are these tax transcripts of my returns directly issued by the IRS enough, or do I have to provide copies of the returns themselves? And second question: For my I-485 and I-751 I attached wedding photos and relationship photos we've taken throughout our marriage, is this necessary for the N-400 application or not, did you guys attached photos?

Thanks

n-400 online filing gives examples of supporting documents,  irs tax transcript was one of them

they dont have your files that you filed for i-485 and i-751, i think it would be good idea to include those docs you mentioned

Did you personally include wedding photos, relationship photos in your N-400 online application?

Hi guys, I was gonna send my paperwork in August, but my window will be open tomorrow, so decided why not to send it earlier.

My question is, since I'm going to mail my papers instead of filing it online, do I need to submit all the evidence as well? I know there is an option for online filers, but in the regular one, all the evidence I can bring for my interview. Just wanna make sure, since my I-751 is still pending, should I include those extra stuff beside what they as as for now?

Thank you and wish everyone a smooth process!

When I did mine, I attached our leases as extra evidence and that was it. Some people like to add tons of documents, but the system doesn’t allow for large files and there’s a note on the bottom that says you can bring extra evidence to the interview. I decided to go that route. I think you can do it either way and it would be fine.

I didn't attach any photos because in supporting documents on the website they didn't mention that and also when you have your green card and you are in process of ROC it shows that you guys are still together otherwise it would have been denied by now. I just sent our leases, insurances and tax transcripts. Good luck :)

I did attach photos and everything else I could find (copies of matching passport stamps/dates for vacations, matching boarding passes, copy of the stamped architect plans for the addition we put on the house in both our names, lots of photos of not just us but us with our families).

Anyone in the EAC17284... range applied for citizenship (still waiting for the roc GC to be approved)?  I have scheduled an infopass appointment for early next month to get the I-551 stamp  on my passport. Anyone else doing the same? Do we need to take infopass appointment confirmation with us to the biometrics appointment for N400 along with extension letter and expired green card and drivers license?
