Hey VJ'ers.

First of all, I apologise for posting this if the answer is out there! I have searched but can't really find a definitive answer. Anyway, I have my 2 year conditional, it expires March 2019. ROC is a process I haven't even BEGAN to look into.. it has been nice to not have to worry about immigration for the last year!! With ROC soon approaching, I need to ensure my address is all good. I moved from OH to AZ in December. I filed the AR11 ONLINE in Jan. I have NOT had anything back. I have since MOVED AGAIN after buying a home, so this is now permanent and hopefully no more moves, but now i don't know what to do about the address. I seem to not even know what address they have. If i call i told to F-off (well not quite that, but it may as well be). I get told to not file my address change again, and make an infopass app. Yet info pass i check every day for 2 weeks now and I can't get an appointment. It's very frustrating. What is your experience? What happens about this address if i just leave it until ROC? I really don't know to do !

Any advice appreciated.

I am the beneficiary originally from UK !!

ROC Timeline:

01.04.19: I-751 Received @ Phoenix

01.09.19: Check Cashed

02.13.19: NOA Received

04.30.19: Biometrics Completed

I’m here to save the day my friend lol

over the phone the the people who answers it, does NOT have access to your address, so they have to transfer you to a tier 2 immigration officer. If you have trouble getting a level 2 on the phone and rather do an infopass here’s what you do;

set up your alarm for 11:55pm. By 11:59 put the zip code and wait until 12:00am. Surprise,  surprise!!!! Bunch of slots available. Typically it will last until 12:20am or so before it’s all taken.

I filed for my citizenship out of Houston and moved to Phoenix in February. Completed the AR11 and received a confirmation number. Thankfully I decided to follow up the following month, just to find out my old Houston address was still on file. The level 2 officer changed and I scheduled an infopass to double check.

Best of of luck to you

Ok thank you!  I will try call them and get tier 2 representative. I changed my address once before and i got mail confirmation within a month, so this is why I am slightly concerned now as to receiving nothing! IF they can't help, infopass it is, even though I really want to avoid that! I suppose I better get on researching how ROC works as well... siggh, let the games begin.
