It would be great if the  Houston office can actually clear its desk before Christmas! Still, it all depends on the interviewers and whoever is the supervisor. There are actually some very wonderful IOs in that office but not enough to turn things around drastically.  I'm certain of one thing, if your PD falls between July and August, then be ready because December is highly unpredictable From history, they sometimes just make a lot of people happy around this period and other times, the needle just doesn't move much.

My prayer is for the Lord to just end the wait for everyone on VJ who are still expecting.

If you are reading this, I pray the Lord surprises you very soon, in Jesus Name.

The turn around time to schedule an exam is 1-2 days. They are mainly done in urgent clinics. We are currently in that process of preparing for the exam.

So, according to timelines and maybe estimates in interview scheduling, i am probably gonna have the aos interview probably october or november 2019.

Our 2nd anniversary is on April 2020, which is gonna be just about 5-6 months difference. So I'm thinking maybe to postpone the interview until after our two year anniversary.

Is there any negative effect of postponing the interview so we could basically skip ROC and save money and time.

AOS from h2a visa, marriage based.
