Sometimes they send out interview notices randomly but within the month bracket. Who gets a notice first is a function of speed from IOs (Interview Officers).

What that means is that an applicant with a PD of May 30, 2017 ( who may not be on this platform), might have already received a notice just because some officers work faster than others.

But one thing that I can tell you is that they are currently moving at a faster pace than usual, simply because the holidays are coming. I'm saying this based on my experience exactly this period, last year.

Your letter is coming, just be on the lookout for it.

i hope they are moving faster and because of the holidays they dont slow down.!!i would not like to wait till 2019 to get my interview.but all we can do is hope...its stressfull

We just got the medical results back from the medical exam, so the sealed envelope is ready to be delivered to USCIS at our interview in a few weeks.

We got a fresh medical medical exam because of stories that others have received an RFE at the interview due to the fact that the first medical exam (for the K1 visa) expired during the long wait for USCIS to schedule the interview.  At one of our infopass appointments, the field officer advised us to do the exam as soon as we receive the interview letter, so that's what we did.

As a side note, some friends in Denver passed their interview this week.  They did not have a second set of medical exam results, and despite the fact that it had been more than a year since the last exam, they were approved without an RFE.

How much did you all pay for medical exam excluding vaccines?

Including blood and urine tests and excluding vaccinations, we paid $225.  It pays to call around because the price for the exam varies by hundreds of dollars depending on the doctor.
