The question explicitly asks you to "describe the circumstances of your in-person meeting." To which I answered "The first time Aleksandra and I met in-person was on September 6, 2017 in Crete, Greece. We spent 6 days together. We met again on December 28, 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark for 6 days, and again on April 29, 2018 in Larnaca, Cyprus for 7 days." I will provide copies of passport stamps, travel itineraries, and photos as proof.

I have not seen anywhere where we are asked to describe how we initially came to know each other. Did I miss something? Does that ever come up?

Do you mean questions 34a?

If so, it doesn't hurt to mention how you initially met. I would include that part (I think they would like to know) then break into the visits you mentioned above.

No, on the most current Form I-129F it is Part 2, Question 54. There is no 34a.

Didn't realize there was a new form out....  The old one hasn't even expired.  Anyway, I looked at it and it's asking the same thing, so my above response  remains the same. I would mention how you first met and then talk about the times you spent together.

Good luck!
