Hi,

I just got married on June 1st with K1 visa, and now I am filling out I-485 form. There is a part where I have to fill in my employment history (Page 5, Part 3), and because I used the paid leaves for the last several days at work back in Japan, official date of my leave is on June 1st...which is later than my US entry date and on the same day as our wedding day in US. Would this be a problem? Should I put the date that I last went to the office instead?

Thank you!

Shouldn‘t be too much of a problem either way.  You can always explain later.  If you want to avoid questions I‘d put the date you last went to the office.

Thanks a lot!
