Hi to all of you can i ask how many weekdays from RFE to NOA2 ?Β

Based on all your experience about RFE πŸ™‚ Thanks πŸ‘‹πŸ™‚

It depends on what the RFE was for.... I think on average it takes about 2 weeks, sometimes 1 week, sometimes 4 or even 8 weeks.Β

It's even possible to get another RFE.

There's never a steady timeline. It depends on the RFE (additional or initial), how fast they work on responses etc.

In 2016, when I had a RFE during my K1 process, it took about 23 days for my petition to be approved.Β

hi can i ask on how you do assemble your rfe packet ?? whats the first page and in front ??

I would say online there is a lot of information with how to assemble, from what I can remember, the RFE page was the in the front, then a cover letter explaining the documents that I have included and then the supporting documents they neededΒ

Hello! I believe everyone has different time lengths.. Mines took 90 days 😏 while others ten days or under the 90 days. And it was because I kept calling USCIS speaking to Tier 2 and submitting service requests which also take long. But maybe you get lucky and its speedy.  All I can say is have patience its a frustrating process for some of us 😬

Mine was 22Β days, but nothing is ever predictable in this entire process. Also, on the old website and on the app it still doesn't show any updates. Everything is updated through the new website and also how I found out we got approved.Β
