How often do Indians with Hindu religion get asked for DS5535 & CV and put in AP

First of all, what type of visa are you applying for?

 

I'd recommend using this site's search tool for "5535 India" and you will see some posts that come up. Not sure if the posters were Hindu or Muslim, but you might be able to figure it out from reading them. Are you worried about having to fill in that form?

 

By CV I'm guessing you mean curriculum vitae or a resume. The likelihood of that being requested again depends on which type of visa you are going for. It was not requested for my fiance's K1 interview but I think it is needed for others.
