OK the bet with Lorelle is off because if we had not received this RFE I am sure we would have been approved so Lorelle would have been spot on. And I am a good loser :thumbs:

Gimy, sorry you will not get to watch from a front seat ;)

munchkins im sorry to hear you got an RFE :( I was really praying youd get an approval this week.

Atleast you know its being worked on and not sitting in a corner somewhere stabilizing someones coffee so it wont fall over. ;) Soon dear soon it will come!

Sorry 'bout the RFE, munchkins. But yeah, I'm with Tara, at least they're working on it and we have seen quite a bunch of people getting approved pretty soon after their RFE.

And damn, I was waiting for those aussiwench/ hat eating pics too!

AOS & EAD:

10/13/2006 - sent AOS and EAD documents

10/18/2006 - NOA1

11/02/2006 - biometrics appointment in Santa Ana

01/05/2007 - interview appointment in Santa Ana - APPROVED!!!

01/16/2007 - greencard in mail

01/22/2007 - EAD card in mail (well, thank you very much)
