Greetings!!

Hope you are all having a wonderful day. I have applied for my Fiancee's K1 visa. I am not sure who would fill out the DS 160 form? The petitioner or beneficiary? Do I also pay for the "Visa fee" along with submitting DS 160 if I am the one filling out that form?

Thank you in advance.

For reference, you didn’t apply for her K-1 visa. You filed a petition for her to be eligible to apply for a K-1 visa.

The DS-160 is the visa application form. The person applying for the visa (the non-USC) must sign and submit it. You can help, but it’s ultimately her form and her circumstances and her case.

Anybody can pay the visa fee.

You, the petitioner, can fill It out. If you don't, your beneficiary (fiancée/fiancé) can fill it out. However, your beneficiary should be the one to sign it and submit it. You can fill it out it, save your progress, have your fiancée/fiancé sign in to sign and submit the application. Anybody can pay the visa fee. I believe I paid my fee after we finished the DS-160 form. You should be able to get information on how to pay the visa fee on the USTRAVELDOCS website (at least that is where I found out how to pay it). The payment process probably differs for each country.

True. Although I would highly suggest adding that the beneficiary should review the entire application in full for accuracy. Wrong information here can cause delays or worse...one cannot reasonably claim that an inaccuracy is an honest mistake because somebody else filled it out for them. The beneficiary is the owner of the submission and the one ultimately responsible for whatever's on it.
