Okay just wanted to confirm that the fee is $180. Is the Biometrics fee required at all? I didn't see it on the instructions.

Also, I have found 2 different address where to mail the K-3 EADs to

There one listed on this page:

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

and another in the actual form. Which one should I use. The form was updated on 2/8/07 so I'm thinking to go with this one but I am so unsure. Any advice!!!!!!! :help::help::help:

Yes 2 different addresses it depends on if you file for EAD before or after filing for AOS.

SEE the EAD guide, it spells out exactly what is needed to be done. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3ead

No biometrics involved, they are done for AOS.

We are in this exact boat!!

My husband is filling his out today and if you look on the downloaded (current version) form, it states that if you're filing under a(9) mail it to box 7218.

On the USCIS website it says if you are filing under a(9) to mail the application to Box 805887.

Which should we go with?

Okay I sent mine off via Express Mail yesterday and I sent it to the Box 7218. I figure that if I sent to wrong addy the first thing they would have said - well it's on the form! I just tracked it and it's already in the Box waiting for pick up.
