we don't have joint account because I don't work and I also stay at home all the time (do not drive yet) and don't spend money on anything without my husband. he doesn't have a health and life insurance so we can't show it and I'm not on his 401k (he just started it not long ago). and I'm not on his car insurance since I don't drive.

You not working is not a problem. He can still add you to his account and you can use your debit or credit card instead of his when you're out.
