Hello guys,

I'm 19 years old and I have a CR2 visa. I moved out of my parents house and live by my own. I'm still a conditional permanent resident and my green card expires next year.  And I'm still not sure if my parents are going to file the petition to remove the condition next year because we don't talk anymore. Is there anyway that I could just remove the conditions myself?

Thank you for your help.

hi

no, you were brought by your stepdad,  and he is your sponsor and responsible for you

you will need them, so fix your relationship with your parents

Incorrect:

Eligibility Criteria

Generally, you may apply to remove your conditions on permanent residence if you:

  • Are still married to the same U.S. citizen or permanent resident after 2 years. You may include your children in your application if they received their conditional-resident status either at the same time or within 90 days as you did;
  • Are a child and, for a valid reason, cannot be included in your parents’ application;

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Okay it make sense she/he can remove the condition but what evidence will need to be present? In the end relationship with the parent still need to FIX
