You can go to https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/filterlist.php and search for dates.

These are from June 25 that were approved

Here’s what I got

05738B1D-7006-40DE-971A-64B1BAE14636.jpeg

I assume this refers to the Petitioner? So will you mind sharing what did you in fact file and why USCIS may not be happy with that?

I filled a copy of the final divorce decree with ALL pages. Couple of these pages show the judge signature and name, but the stamps were not really clear I guess that’s why I got this RFE unfortunately. I’m going tomorrow to the courthouse to get a couple of colored copies if possible of the divorce decree.  Anything that I need to be aware of?

A final divorce decree is issued from the courthouse. It is different than all the divorce papers from the hearing. My divorce papers were like 100 pages but the decree from the courthouse was only like 5 or 6 pages.

The RFE seems pretty generic and "legible" is not a keyword in my understanding. I mean, other members were getting RFEs with the same wording for other reasons. Anyway, you can only go and get a 'certified copy' of the final divorce decree from the court and have it mailed to USCIS. Another one will be beneficial for your partner's interview, so getting extra is a good idea. Good luck with your response

BTW, I cut down tracking to 100 nearby cases instead of 500 for ease of analysis. 72 of them are valid I-129Fs. Yesterday's yield is 3 RFEs and no approvals. If USCIS will be working hard, they may be trough all of them in like 5 weeks.....

Received NOA2 approval today (NOA1 6/27 (old) and 7/2 (new)).   It was of silent variety: hard copy letter in the mail- dated 12/12.  No update on either new or old site.

I was so happy and excited to see a letter from USCIS this evening. But it unfortunately was a RFE 😣

Ill take care of it in the morning. The good news is that they had touched my case!

the bad news is adding 60 more days to my 200 days of waiting 😔

It's a simple fix if you have all the documents and they are final in nature as USCIS has prescribed in the RFE. Take your time in answering the RFE because you only get one shot at getting it right. If you don't provide exactly what they want, you are facing the possibility that your case will be denied.

And about the 60 days. This may not take that long so think positive thoughts.

I would not pay any attention to case tracker. If I did I would still be waiting to hear about my approval on 12/4. My status on case tracker still says received. I think a majority of the people that have been approved recently will tell you the same thing.

Junies...can someone help me? We called the USCIS to inquire about our case, we got to actual operator that tried to be helpful though the claimed that our case number (WAC# that is cited on our NOA1) is not long enough. Did anyone have similar situation?

I have to admit that I am getting more and more frustrated and helpless at the same time 😭 😭😭

Mine is about 22 pages and I sent them all. It says final divorce decree on the first page.

I’m going to get a colored copy of the certified final divorce decree from the court today.  I’m not sure if it’s needed to be sealed or it’s just fine to be regular copy.

Thank you so much for your positivity 😃

I feel much better!

Could you please advise me on this issue  if possible.

Do I need to ask for a sealed copy of my certified final divorce decree from the court house?
