thank you. yes we will send the rfe on monday.

Please take your time in responding to an RFE as you only have one chance to get it right.

There are many varying degrees of RFE's. Some as simple as not "ticking" off a question. Others forgot the fiancé(e) letter and then others who met on a website and now need to prove that it wasn't a marriage arrangement website.

Once you get your RFE, read over very carefully as you only have one chance to reply accurately without causing undue harm. Once you know what it is set out to correct and to include "everything" they are asking for. Then reread the RFE to ensure you are compliant. Make copies of everything for your record and send back using their instructions which are contained within the RFE. If the RFE requires a signature, PLEASE don't forget this. Once received at USCIS your case will begin adjudication where the agent had left off. No one can tell you how long it will take so be patient.

your next step is simple just reply as soon as you can. I responded to mine within 5 minutes.

Her's may not be as simple as yours. The funny thing about RFE's, if you miss something they requested then there is what is called a "Denial". So getting it right the first time is important and shouldn't be done in haste. Just my opinion.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Hello everyone, we received RFE today, it says wrong passport picture of my petitioner so we just have to give another picture and then we are approved! yeyyyy! 🤗 by reading your comments here when you received RFE, that may also mean we are approved right?🤗 There is a good possibility the entire case has yet to be adjudicated so let's keep our fingers cross. You should know something in 2-4 weeks.

Now, what is our next step? Sit and wait for the approval. There are some links I'll post below that you can begin looking at.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.

The more I am reading about impressive untouched clusters the more composed I become ;) We are 06/29 and 07/05 and a part of the Independence Day filing block, which is huge due to holidays. Seeing July 26th approved I couldn't help logging on case tracker to look at 500 nearest cases. Yep, there is some movement. Like 2 approvals and 5 RFEs of yesterday. They certainly are bringing our cluster to desks from storage

same dates as you, hoping for good news this week!

we just need to submit the right passport picture with white background. the other one we submitted has blue background effect in it. but i will tell my petitioner to read it again. thank you for reminding.

Hi, this is my first post here but just wanted to say we randomly checked and found out we were just approved today!!

The new website actually hasn’t updated yet, it still just says received, it’s the case tracker app that updated and the older website has also updated to say approved.

Our NOA1 was June 11th/14th.

NOA2 December 17th.

Now to await the NVC stage/Sydney interview.

Hopefully it won't be that long? Do you mind sharing what was the RFE for?

Can you show your RFE?
