Guys the best news of my life. We have been approved.. NOA1 JUNE 15th 😍😍😍😍😍..I was obsessed reading and updating the app, new and old site and nope my fiance knew before me he got the letter!!!!!!! He told me and I cried for at least half an hour... I'm the happiest girl I'm the world right now. I'm super in love with my fiance and I'm still shaking .. our approved date? November 30th hahaha I was freaking angry and stressed for nothing. So so so so so happy. Good luck to all of you. Thank you for every message of support from the bottoms of my heart.

Hello! Is Mr. @Greenbaum here or anyone who can help? 😅 We received an RFE, asking for one copy of my 2 by 2 passport photo (Because the one my fiance sent was clearly the wrong size 😞) and a letter of intent to marry from me. I am the beneficiary. I hear that if it's only as simple as these documents it wouldn't take as long or should we still expect the maximum 75 day wait time for RFEs? 😕 They should receive our document either this Monday or Tuesday. We just want to get in the right mindset as to what to expect these following weeks. Thank you so much. Although, Congrats to everyone who got their approval already!! 😄 We are still fighting!! I wish everyone a Merry Christmas this year!!  🎅🤶🎄

From what I saw approvals after RFE were as quick as 9 days. It seems it would depends on if they were waiting for something else, like result of background checks for example.  Official RFE regulation only states

To reset customer expectations and minimize unnecessary case status inquiries, RFE notices should clearly indicate this."

I am not sure where you got 75 day. Hopefully it won't be nearly as long as though! But upcoming holidays and vacation times might slow things down a tad.

Congratulations! I knew you'd be soon! Now it's time to wait for the NVC to receive it. I was so happy when I saw the notification update for your timeline!

Follow the instructions closely and return as soon as you can. Yours is simple and will be adjudicated rather quickly 2-4 weeks.

Does anyone here who filed in Texas? We received our Noa1 last June 28 and still waiting for approval. Lot of June filers are already approved here. Seems that Texas is the slowest service center. Ugh 😕

If you sent your form to the lockbox in Texas, it was forwarded to the California service center.  Texas doesn’t have a service center.  I filed in Texas, my NOA1 is June 18, and also has not been approved.  Approvals depend on more factors than just when it was received.  

Have patience, it will happen!

Oh i thought the service center is there, and yes my fiance sent our application to Texas. Hope we get ours soon. Thank you 😊
