I’m going crazy with the processing time USCIS California center. Now I’m waiting for Approve NOA2 and it’s take 190 days. Someone they got NOA1 after me but they already got NOA2. I don’t understand how USCIS working. They should pick those document by date NOA1. But it’s seem they random for those documents.

I wish I can have approve NOA2 soon. 😭😭

There's many things that go into it besides just the case landing on someone's desk. They do a background check with 4 different entities and if anything shows up it can delay the case. Just be patient. It's not always first come first served. The frustrating part is you don't know why it's taking longer but have faith.

NOA1- June 29th, 2018

NOA2- December 1st, 2018

i just received the letter notifying us of our NOA2. However the app didn’t reflect this and we didn’t receive any emails! We are soooo happy and excited ! :) ❤️

Just checked new site and found our case was approved! Didn't get any notification or emails, though the app had "case result changed" alerts on Nov 17 and Nov 26. Haven't received the letter yet.

NOA1- June 29, 2018 (old site); July 5, 2018 (new site)

NOA2- December 3, 2018 (via new site)

I got the same weird notification from the app on 12/5 and today I got an email notification this morning from the new site that my case was approved. I even called on Wednesday to inquire about my case and they said nothing has changed.

Hello, what is the best time to call California Service center and what option is the best to talk to a human person?

I just got my RFE. It was requesting a waiver for multiple 129f filings. But the problem is I only filed one time for a K1 visa in 2009...Good Lord. I'm not going to say what I want to say 🤐  I work for the federal government and I know it is easy to get in a hurry and make mistakes...But *&%#&...

Finally done...

My sister had the same RFE. She filed for her fiance last year but there was an issue at the embassy. She ended up filing again but didn't know she had to request a multiple filing waiver. Does it tell you what you actually have to do to request a waiver?

But I shouldn't have to request a waiver. It is more than one in two years or more than two in a lifetime. Then a waiver is required.

Thanks...It's a good thing we are not in a big hurry. But, the boss is upset because I told her I was waiting for a request from my government.  That means something completely different to her)))...30 days added on for nothing....I'll send a letter answering on Monday...

Finally done...
