I’m so ready to move from video chats with poor connections, losing sleep over time zone difference to an actual conversation with him, face to face...I’ve used up all the possible emojis. Can’t wait for actual face expressions 😁(NOA1 is June 11th/14th still waiting...)

I have the exact same dates... really hoping we hear at least before Christmas but hopefully this week 🤞

Time zone is a killer, especially as I'm a morning person and my fiance is a night owl.

Congratulations to youuu and to others who have got their approval!

For those of you who are still waiting... Please please PLEASE chin up, smile, focus on idk, teasing each other what would it be like to finally share a blanket later for life maybe. Please don't let all these process changed your relationship and yourself into something you are going to regret.

Going to ask my guy why didn't HE cried once he got our approval. He better have a solid reason..... 🤣

You're being contradictory in your post. On one hand you profess to not want others to "let this process change your relationship and yourself into something you are going to regret" then on the other hand "Going to ask my guy why didn't HE cried once he got our approval. He better have a solid reason" is just the opposite. Expecting someone should have the same feelings as you is most discerning and not fair. You should be understanding and supportive which is part of building a good foundation for a new relationship. Put your expectations aside and celebrate what the two of you have attained together. Accept the other person for what they are not what they are not. JMHO.

P.S. I am not trying to pick on you because after all, your message is very positive and the points you make I agree, with exception. ^_^

Woke up to this:. Good news action was taken on your case. Bad news RFE...Hmm. I'm squeaky clean.  But, I was a little sparse about how we met online. That is probably it... I am relieved that someone looked at our case but blah....

At least they saw your case, you will bring them whatever they ask for and you guys will be approved. Congratulations and good luck 😃

You are still within normal processing time (5-7 months) so my understanding is contacting USCIS will not help you yet.

Currently you can submit an “outside normal processing time” request if your receipt date is May 8, 2018 or earlier, so you still have a few weeks before you would need to do that.

You can check processing times and the current receipt date for a case inquiry (for "outside notmal processing time") here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/.

-Just select your form type (I-129f) and processing center (California Service Center).

There seem to be still tons of June and I bet some May files that didn’t get any correspondence. I don’t think you should worry yet :)

So I was feeling bad but after reading May thread, definitely no. There are still people from MAY4TH with no update... Think I'll just give up and look the end of this year. Or JANUARY... They are so %* sloow....

If there had been a smiley then I can buy into it was a joke. But with tears, I went with the thought you were serious.
