So the idea is if you were approved at any point before the shipment date your file get sent out? I feel like I probably got  approved too close to the cut off 11/27

Yes, getting an approval so close to the shipment date was in my opinion what delayed your case from going out. I have yet to determine nor has anyone else when the cut off day is.

Also the main reason why we took the letter date is it's the latest date we've seen.

We aired on the side of cautious optimism mixed with an (un)healthy dose of pessimism and went for the worst case scenario date wise...

Keep your chin up, it'll come soon enough (Definitely easier said than done and infinitely easier for someone else to say). They're chewing their way through June applicants already!

We're the same date wise, hoping for the best, preparing for the worst. The only good thing for us i think, the Dublin embassy seem to move through it quickly once they get the pack from the nvc. Hoping everyone gets the news we've been all waiting for before Christmas 🤞🤞

We have the same dates ( old and new websites) and the paper copy NOA1 says 07/05, so you may want to look at it again. I think that 07/05 is when the case was put into the system at CSC and the starting point

I did a search on the case tracker app for cases around my date, looks like about half or more of them have been touched so hoping it'll be soon! I also noticed a lot of RFEs around my date were sent out on Wednesday...

I know there's still plenty of time to get approved but really hoping it'll be in the next week or 2 😁

I was always that kid at Christmas who woke up the earliest and searched for presents before Christmas day so waiting doesn't come easy to me, but I'm trying my best 🙈

i cant figure out the case tracker 😧 We're hoping we dont get RFEs, we sent a lot of evidence with our application.

Seriously hoping we all get approved over the next 2 weeks-it would be the best Christmas present!

Our paper copy definitely says June 29th, i saw it when i went to America in October. I have 2 apps on my phone that both say June 29th too, its all so bloody confusing!

I use the one called "Case tracker"

At the bottom, choose the search option. I put in a number about 200 before mine and it can search up to 500 cases after the number you put in... You have to filter it to the k1 though!

Ok, phone apps both say 'received date' as they draw information from the old site. New site says what the NOA1 date is. If you look at an NOA1, there are definitely both, in our case 06/29 and 07/05. For your own comfort it is nice if your SO provides you with copies of all stuff they have filed and received during your K1 journey and later.
