Hey ppl, I'm June 5th NOA1.  I've requested expedite and still ppl after me are getting approved.  Did requesting expedite make my process slower?

Definitely not. I sometimes wonder if they have any policy at all. Literally millions of people are doing the sane things, like filing the petition, subscribing to their internet resources and alerts, and so it begins. Official adjudication time gap of 2 months may be explained by different background and checks but why they are emailing alerts at a whim... why so someone's approval shows only at the old/new website/doesn't show anywhere, not even email and only comes in paper? Why are RFEs totally inconsistent?

No, why? I saw people with filing date in second half of September already approved due to military expedite.

Now we might see any approvals until Monday. I expedited in October and still no response.

we filed expedite too and never got an answer. they keep telling us they never received our documents they requested (even though we sent them 3 times via fax and one time with email). 

so we keep waiting  now (noa1 june 6).

Wow, the same exact situation happened to me also. I sent evidence documents twice with FedEx and yet they have not confirmed or receiving it.  I am praying we get a response next week.  (Noa1 June 5)

How long does NVC process the file case number after approval, my approval is November 20. And how do they give the NVC letter, is it thru mail or email? Thanks!

I believe they will mail you a letter with a case number after few weeks. Instead of waiting for the mail to arrive, call NVC and get the case number after 1 or 2 weeks over the phone, it will make your process faster.

we hope so too! it sucks that you file expedite and gather all the documents together and then they keep telling you they never did get anything. my fiancé is always super pissed after being on the phone with them. cantwait for everything to be over.

Thank you!  Im concerned on how long to get the letter since the medical center here in the Philippines needs a printed letter coming from NVC aside from the case number only.
