hi June filers April filer here, 0n 77 days since case received and my best advice is keep doing things toward your via approval or packing up your life. I'm that girl that has a spreadsheet to do certain things month by month just to feel like you are moving forward cos this process gets misery making fast!! waiting is killer when you want to be with the love of your life now!!

 

So far I've got my inoculations, passed ,my driving theory test, bought my wedding dress, made provisional wedding plans, practiced the DS160 ( note it times out every 20  minutes) researched tax requirements for leaving the country and who I have to notify what forms to fill in, gathered more evidence, had two more visits, got cancellation/contract end dates and fee info, booked my asthma review and started to sell little items I don't need anymore!!

 

Happy to share info as I'm two months ahead of you

Hello, I sent it 6/14 and got the NOA1 about a week later

I am looking at the Affidavit of Support, planning monthly visits (if possible), but can't bring myself to start planning the wedding without a clearer idea as to WHEN he will be here

Our NOA1 was sent from US to PL on the 21st June, hard to say when we actually got it cause we were away at the seaside at the

end June/beginning of July  But according to VJ our NOA2 is expected sometime between 31st December and 4th January  

 

We are also starting to review the Affidavit of Support form now.

This is the most important countdown of my life so far.

 

I and my fiancee talk for an average of 5hrs everyday.

 

We keep making plans for our future and we believe everything will turn out fine.

It has been one month and the status remains same. I was wondering when will it change.. how are we going to get any clue on where our case has gone. Its a long ang tough wait i guess.. everyone here has same feeling i guess 🤔😉

Apparently, if you won’t have RFE, the next update on your status will be when getting NOA2  Which should be coming to you  sometime in December.

You should have the hard copy by now, if not call USCIS to request for it.

 

 

Your NOA2 should be ready between late November and mid December.
