I've also thought about getting my police cert requested this coming week, our NOA1 14th June so I'm assuming with a 6 month validity it could be worthwhile doing, just to feel like we're getting something done.

The sad thing is, I got one from work like 5 Months ago and the only thing better than completing visa paperwork is having visa paperwork paid for!

I've got a little list and it goes like this:

  • Vaccinations,
  • Operation fit my life in 2 suitcases (binned an abundance of clothes etc, sorted electronics for sale and what not),
  • Doctors appointment(s) to update Patient summary,
  • Researching for DMV requirements of the state heading to.

Do you know any link that shows which vaccinations are required? Thanks!

Hey,

Could anyone here know why the old Uscis website and the new one are giving conflicting dates when they received the package?

Probably because the old version date is when the petition reached the lockbox and new one when it actually was scanned, entered into the system and assigned to service center, maybe even physically reached it. At least our situation suggests that. Our NOA1 old version is 06/29 (mailing date) and NOA1 new version is 07/05 which looks more true. There are two facilities involved and hence two dates.

In fact they are encouraged but not required https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/vaccinations.html

They will be required to adjust status to LPR after marriage. Please also note they are age-specific, someone at 15, 25, and 45 will need different shots.

Can you show me how to check the case status with the new website? Thank you.

I was able to register and login only. Not sure how to go from there.
