Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Thank you so much for your time!

there is no Baghdad/ Iraq embassy with the choices we have when we set our vj profile . And I don’t know which embassy should I choose.

Thank you again for all the help and effort you’re doing.

I've also thought about getting my police cert requested this coming week, our NOA1 14th June so I'm assuming with a 6 month validity it could be worthwhile doing, just to feel like we're getting something done.

The sad thing is, I got one from work like 5 Months ago and the only thing better than completing visa paperwork is having visa paperwork paid for!

I've got a little list and it goes like this:

  • Vaccinations,
  • Operation fit my life in 2 suitcases (binned an abundance of clothes etc, sorted electronics for sale and what not),
  • Doctors appointment(s) to update Patient summary,
  • Researching for DMV requirements of the state heading to.

Yeah you are right. My fiance just called the usicis on monday and talked with tier2 agent so she said that our background checked is clear and there is no RFE showing in there computer screen but there is still time remaining. Your 7 months will be over on december 29 but maybe you will get your approval before December 29. And if you dont get your approval then you can call on december 31 on monday. I dont know what it means if they checked our background and everything so why they are doing so late.😂
