Download the USCIS CASE TRACKER app. Enter your receipt number and search. You will get the update on your case number up to 500 other cases. You can screen the search results to I-129F petitions only.

Hello House and Greenbaum, please I need you to help me with an adequate information on this.

USCIS sent the hardcopy of my NOA1 twice but it was returned because my fiancee wasn't around to receive it.

Here is my question, will it affect my NOA2?

My current status shows that my DOCUMENT WAS RETURNED TO USCIS.

No it will have no effect on your NOA2. But, you will need the NOA2 for your AOS submission after your marriage so be sure to correct any deficiencies in how you receive your mail.

Hello,

My fiance petitioner moved. Will the address change affect the time for our NOA2?

PS: The time for our NOA2 is getting closer and getting anxious everyday. Waiting seems longer 🤪

Changing address has no affect to the approval timing.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks
