Hello dears... What you think about this notice in USCIS WebSite ....????

This time range is how long it is taking USCIS to process your case from the date we received it. We generally process cases in the order we receive them, and we will update this page each month. The estimated time range displayed is based on data captured approximately two months prior to updating the page. Please note that times may change without prior notice.

I don’t think that’s necessarily true. I check it every month and the processing time never changes but very few petitions are approved in 5 months in recent months. I actually think it should say 6-8 months.

I´m trying to use it but it´s not connecting to the webpage.

In the USCIS App, It shows my case is active for 90 days already, but no changes.

Case tracker app shows that last status change of my case was 104 days ago. I expect new status changes in about three months. If you are just worrying that there is no updates, I would suggest you stop :)

But this looks like actual situation. You can place an inquiry if your NOA1 was Feb 22 or earlier because now they are ajudicating full blown March. Now being the end of September, March to September makes the average 6 months, take/add one. This information looks absolutely correct to me.

It's correct but now it will take longer....people who are march 1 can't place an inquiry... It's delayed

By a week? You think it is much longer? When we discussed filing I-129F in early spring, NOA2 took 188 days or so on average, now it is 196 according to VJ K1 historical processing times. 9 days increase after 6 months. This is something we took into consideration when we filed, that is, from filing to K1 it may take any time in between 9 to 12 months.

This is correct and if you want to plan ahead, consider using the range of 180days-200days for your NOA2.

My NOA1 was sent out on June 5, NOA2 should be out between December 2 and December 22.

Why you guys keep doing this to yourself? Stop checking, counting and annoying yourself :)

It will be rather later than sooner.

Hey guys and gals April filer here.

Uscis have a backlog and March is a whopper of a month for filers apparently according to uscis themselves so expect the backlog to be around for a while and push timings out but we are currently looking at about 6-7.5 months for NOA2. Keep busy and tick off those to do boxes to prepare and be ready for NOA2 and beneficiaries look into what you need to do before you leave the country and start acting on it and getting rid of Home stuff you don’t want or need.

im finding that as long as I do SOMETHING toward the visa process of moving my life each week I at least feel like I’m moving forward and it keeps me sane.

Today I had my flu vaccination and applied for my police report.
