Hi Sharon - It's actually a black Iris and its the national flower of Jordan. I thought it was weird at too, a black flower, but now I think its pretty cool

Cool! I would love to see one someday! I don't think it's weird, just unusual

I had some in my garden that I ordered from Holland, but when they finally bloomed - 3 years after I got them and finally transplanted them to a different garden - all I ended up with was light purple, mustard yellow, and these really cool 2 tone white edged with purple that look like orchids. I was supposed to have a huge variety of deep colors but I guess they weren't in the right soil or something. I was really dying to see the black ones too.

I was wondering this myself, I also seen a website where people listed their POE and made a note of whether they recieved their EAD or not at JFK, a lot of people didn't recieve them.. in fact, it seemed as if most did not recieve it.....
