I would suspect this would cause more delays for processing.

Just wondering..does he have any idea why a lot of people's status changed into no info provided at the moment? Mine changed back on April and it has been like that ever since.

CSC. NOA1 date: feb 27th, 2017. I-130 (Permanent resdents applying for foreign spouse). we av been waiting for approval since feb last year (NOA2) Its really frustrating .

oh no, i am in DC and i have been waiting since oct for my interview. is your husband in the DC office and foes he know if the DC office is firing a lot of people?

He doesn't have an exact number but just in the past few days already 20 people are gone in the blink of an eye.  There's more, but don't know the exact amount.

If they are laying all these people off, why do they have 64 job postings on their website, with a good chunk of them being processing official, clerk, etc. Some high end director position to. I'm sending over my resume now. Maybe I can get hired at the CSC, find my petition, approve it, then put in my two weeks notice. LOL

I wonder if we can apply to those jobs then get them to write us a letter saying we are being hired by USCIS so we can send the letter to USCIS so they can expedite our EAD so we can work at USCIS. Lol

I just applied. Starts at 51k a year, but tops out at almost 100k. I'll be taking a pay cut, but a government job with all the benefits might be worth it.

I am a US citizen, no problem there. Bummer on the no longer accepting applications. Sent it over anyway. Only took a click of my mouse as my resume is on LinkedIn, who knows maybe they will see my resume with no experience in the field and say we need this guy!
