Vietnamese version of 10 year residency

Does anyone that has been through HCMC have a Vietnamese version of a 10 year residency letter?  I know one is required from the sponsor and applicant and we are just having a hard time finding a template.  My wife ask people in Vietnam support groups but no one seems to know what she is talking about.  Can't seem to google it either.  Any help would be much appreciated. From what I read, HCMC wants 4 documents that isn't officially required for an interview at other embassies.  Relationship timeline, members of applicants immediate relatives in the US, and 10 year residency (sponsor and applicant).  I'm having a super difficult time trying to find the Vietnamese Version of the 10 year residency template, just seeing if someone had it on hand that's already been through this.

We simply wrote a letter for each of us.  I included it with the I-129 when first applying.

For K1: Yes, but for CR1/IR1  you really don't need it.

We prepared this 10-yr residency for my then-fiancee's interview but the CO never asked to see it. I think it's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it
