Brazil requires both a federal and state police report.  Here's a link to  request the federal report  www.dpf.gov.br

You would need to find the link to your state in order to request that report.

I found this link with addresses and urls for each state:

https://br.usembassy.gov/visas/list-public-security-secretariats/

So she didn’t send the state one because it’s only good for 30 days, which means it will obviously expire before the interview.

So will we need to bring updated (not expired) ones and the original ones to the interview???

Not necessary....Here is the thing.....Lets say that her interview is next friday, she has to go to the federal police and request the Country Police Report which normally take just few days and the state report she actually can obtain online.

Easy and simple.

9/01/17  --- Biometrics letter notice for I-485 & I-765 & I-131

12/01/2017 - Card in Production
12/05/2017 - Received Approval Notice in the Mail
12/06//2017 - Card Mailed (Priority Mail) to Me
12/07/2017 - Card Received

1/19/18  --- Interview Date 2/21

Well she’s here in US on a tourist visa as of two weeks ago with a date till November. Pretty sure she got both online. She sent the Federal one only though due to the expiration date being 30 days out on the state one.

Ok....Just saw that the Federal one can be obtained online (http://www.pf.gov.br/servicos-pf/antecedentes-criminais). Which state is she from? Each state has their own criminal report page so she would need to use the one for her state.

Reviewing your post, I`m not completely sure I understand what you need....Anyways, Criminal reports in brazil are based on two different institutions which I believe you already know at this point. USCIS requires them so proceed with any sort of green card, Aos etc....Let me know if you need clarify any additional question.

Yep. She just needs the state one. Seems like an easy fix. ES is the state. Looks like once we send both police docs together we should be good.

I agree with you. https://www.es.gov.br/documentos/atestado-de-antecedentes-criminais

I havent really seen many issues with criminal reports during GreenCard or any other docs with USCIS. Get them both and you should be ok....just remember the expiration date.
