Hi. I remember reading somewhere that you can use your K1 medical results (done before the K1 interview) for the AOS filing as well. This would be a good thing. What will need to be requested at the K1 interview  to be able to submit the same medical results later on during AOS

as long as you do all the necessary vaccinations in the country of the beneficiary, you wont have to deal with more medical stuff in the USA and you need to do AOS before the year is over. The medical is only valid for up to 1 year, regardless of where you are in the process

Thank you for the prompt response. So the beneficiary will not have to request anything extra during the K1 interview like a report or results, correct?

When you go for your medical exam from my understanding you want to get a copy of the DS-3025 form the examiner fills out before he seals it in the envelope for the embassy at your actual medical exam. Then you can submit that for when you go to AOS. Now on the flip side I have seen some posts where they accepted the DS-3025 as proof of vaccinations, and others where they want the I694 it is I think ( Too many forms running thru my mind. LOL) But do a search and it should come up.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. According to the instructions below from the I693 form you do not need to do an additional medical exam if you are within one year of your original. It also states as long as the DS-3025 form was included with your package at the POE. Now, They way I see it, the number of posts I see on here about USCIS and the whole CBP losing paperwork, getting misplaced, shredded, who knows. I would try to have a spare copy of the DS-3025 from the first medical in case the original " Doesn't make it" into the file. Has happened more than once I am sure. And who knows if at POE your DS-3025 doesn't get " Lost" because that is an easy 300 bucks for his brother in law the civil surgeon.

3.
What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already had a medical examination overseas?
If you were admitted as a:
A.
K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or
B.
K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and
C.
You received a medical examination prior to admission, then:
(1)
You are not required to have another medical examination as long as you file your Form I-485 within one year
of an overseas medical examination; and
(a)
The panel physician did not find a class A medical condition during your overseas examination; or
(b)
The panel physician did find a class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility, and
you have complied with the terms and conditions of the waiver.
(2)
Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the
vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included
as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the
Part 9.
Vaccination
Record completed by a designated civil surgeon.

That's cool you got a copy of the whole report, didn't know you could do that. I knew you wanted to ask for the DS3025 from the doctor where you did your medical. According to instructions you only need to prove vaccinations with the DS3025, but if you have the whole medical, I suppose you could send a copy of the whole report. Never heard of anyone getting a RFE for including too much information.
