Hi GaRaS:

When did your wife do the rescheduled biometrics. I was looking at your time-line and it wasn't clear. I assumed the case was processed at CSC?

My timeline is in that spreadsheet, I'm on the phone right now so I can't remember exactly when I filed.

Anyways, case was "officially" received and processed by USCIS on July 5th.

Sometimes last year I received notification that my biometrics will be reused but back in June I received another letter to go and give my fingerprints which I did on July 2nd.

Case number starts with:

WAC1822XXXXXXX

We are CSC. She was out of the country when i received the biometrics at June, so i mailed it back the appointment letter to be rescheduled on July explaining that she was out of the country and inform them that she will return at the 2nd week of July. So we received another appt for July 24 but did the walk in on July 16. Biometrics was never been updated even after approval.

Hey guys, I have a question. What happens when one's ROC is pending and their husband serves them a divorce letter and states on there that he was given habitual inhumane treatment by his wife who is removing conditions on her residency, when in reality it was the other way round and she can prove it and he is even asking her through a third party for reconciliation now. She doesnt want any property from him, just her peace of mind. She just wants to sign the document and move on because of how terrible he has treated her and all the lies he told against her. What effect will his words have against her in the future. Because her lawyer told her if she signs the paper that means she has agreed to everything he said in the paper and it will go on public record as that. She doesnt have any money to pay for lawyer to fight the case, thats why she is willing to accept it just so she can move on. But what does this public record entail, if it goes on public record will it affect her job in the future or what exactly does she need to be worried about if it goes on public record. Thank you all

Call your local USCIS office and schedule an InfoPass appointment to get your passport stamped. It should be valid for both employment and re-entry to the US. 🙂

I'm guessing you don't need the extension letter to get an InfoPass Appointment. Just tell them your status and that you've lost your extension letter and when you come to your appointment, bring whatever documents you have like your expired GC, valid I, etc.
