No sure why you ended up there. Maybe clear the web browser? 

Try this to signup a new account: https://myaccount.uscis.gov/users/sign_up

As mentioned earlier, you need to register an account with USCIS to use the new site.

I'm in the same category. Transferred to Potomac early May from Vermont. I did file for N400 and had my biometrics last week. My case file says expected completion in 4 months. So either I get 751 approved before my 400 interview, or it will be a combo. Either way, the clock is ticking

CSC filer here that's got transferred to Potomac over a month ago. Not sure why this happened as I don't see many CSC to Potomac transfer. Wish I didn't get transferred as I see more and more CSC filers getting approved even the ones who sent in their applications in July 😭
