You should count the 3 years period. Years before living in the US doesn't count. you shouldn't be out of states for trips of 6 months or longer during the 3 years period.

My window opens on June 24. I Want to get the 10 years card first since my local office is at 1 year waiting.  Is your local office gonna be Atlanta too?

Never been outside USA for more than a month since marriage. So physical presence and residence requirements should not be a problem, but the question is confusing. They should have listed 3 years if applying based on marriage. I will list for 3 years, and explain in cover letter that I listed only 3 years rather 5 years because applying based on marriage.

Yes, local office is Atlanta. Waiting time is listed as 11.5 to 24 months. Will submit N-400 when new green card in hand. We need to send a copy of it.

I got an email from USCIS that On May 28, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number , and will mail it to the address you gave us. But I don't see any update on either old or new USCIS website.

Case was not transferred and today I got email that  my case was approved.
