I just checked ours. It has not updated to indicate that a biometrics letter has been issued. It still shows the status that indicates the NOA1 was sent. But I do see the case and it has the proper receipt number. Just to give you another view. I hope that yours becomes active soon. Not sure why you cannot see the status, whether recent or at least in the queue. I hope this helps a little.

Received my NOA1 today with Notice date of July 9th. Beneficiary/Petitioner name is the same.

 

However not able to track the receipt # on USCIS website just yet.

I am still waiting on my NOA1 letter but I did make it a point to call the USCIS hotline and was told by a Tier 1 agent that my address was updated as requested and that they have generated a notice for me. She said she could not tell if it was mailed out or not but she can only see the notice generated and she gave me the number.

 

Just like the rest of you, I get the same type of error when trying to check my case #

 

 

Also, she did make it known that the case # may not be available for tracking up to 30 days

To everyone having troubles looking up their case numbers on the uscis website, try using this site instead: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/. I was getting errors on the usual site ("At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case"), but I signed up for an account on this new one and added my case, and it tells me "We received your biometrics fee and will begin processing your case". It also gives you your case history as well which is pretty nice. Hope this helps!

Hello Mykonos..nice to see you again after 2 years

I called USCIS too last week and was told that they have glitch in their system and that is why many case status are showing like that!
