Hi Cheyenne, 

We sent my husband's I-751 also with I-912. Same situation here as I recieve medicaid/food stmps also. No problem with the fee waiver and as far as I can tell...not even a delay in processing. Sent 2 Jun, PO del 4 Jun, USCIS VSC marked received 5 Jun, NOA1 date 15 Jun, got letter 18 Jun. CSC was running three weeks in beginning of June then 2 weeks in second week. Hopefully they are still on that schedule.

Has anyone ever noticed that the numbers of filers at VSC is lower than at CSC? I checked the timelines page also and compared to this post's numbers it corelates the same. Here we have 16 vs 25 and on timelines 22 vs 32...about 40% vs 60%. When you check out the states covered by the two, it is less in VSC vs CSC. Does anybody know if the one vs the other is smaller vs bigger? Thus CSC should be able to handle more volume? Just a thought. Or are they unbalanced and thus this slows CSC over VSC?

I just received my NOA today. Also cannot check my status, but maybe they haven't charged the information in the system, lets wait for biometrics :). #happy 18 months extension.

6/14 sent the package via USPS.

6/15 package delivered to CSC

6/29 Check cashed

7/2 extension letter received (Notice Date: 6/27)

 

Now start waiting for biometric appointment

Same for me. I don’t think this is an issue though. You are the one that petitioning removal of conditions as well you are the beneficiary of this application.

Thank you for clearing that up,  I know I am probably just paranoid that I may have put incorrect information on my I 751, anyway like most people here, I also can't check my case status online
