Is anyone still waiting (from June 2018 filers)?   We submitted the "out of normal processing request" and a month later, they just said they have no idea when it will be looked at... "We regret that we are unable to provide you with a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your application".

Yes still waiting.

For those waiting, I sincerely recommend applying for naturalization. I'd probably still be waiting if I didn't. I had The combo interview and am finished with the process with a US passport in hand. The IO told me that my case got accelerated because I applied for N400

I am a May 2018 filer. Got NOA in June still waiting. I can;t submit a e-request they say I am in posted processing times 19 months. Just ridiculous.

We applied for Citizenship May 2019. So I know we moved over to that line. Because at the time Houston was a 18 to 24 month wait now they are down to 8 to 10 months. And scheduling May filers so I pray by end of next month we get an interview.

Are you sure? If it was sent to the Vermont Service Center (like us) you can submit and inquiry as long as it was sent before Aug 2018.

Wow that is exciting!  But 247 days from what?

We have been waiting 596 days just for the green card...  We were told applying for the N400 at the same time could work either way and we are trying to plan a cruise.  We are anxious to get the green card because the cruise line says must have a valid green card or they will deny us and we lose all the money.

First CSC to NBC. But we got interview schedule for our N-400 today so all is well. and whenever I tried (even tried yesterday) for a service request out of processing it said I could';t submit one because out of processing time was within their posted time frame. It's been 19 months 2 days.

Probably because of the background check.  Some people get stuck waiting for that to complete.

You should be able to use your extension letter + green card or your passport with an I-551 stamp.  Of course not everybody knows the rules so it might take longer while they check with someone who does.
