Hi Vj members,

I filed I 751 waiver in June 2018 .  I got status update on Nov 29 that interview was scheduled but there are no signs of any notice till today. It's already 13 days. How much time does it take normally for the notice to come. ? My local office is NYC. And how much time does they give for interview from notice update on the website ? Please share your valuable knowledge.

Thanks in advance

Congratulations @uncleleo! I will update the spreadsheet later.

Feels like pretty much all the June 2018 filers that used to be here are approved. Anybody still around and waiting besides myself?

I’m one of the few June filers that had a whirlwind with USCIS.
I was called in for an interview October 2, and it was a stokes interview. Panicked for months because the interviewer was so strict. Fast forward. 2 months later “new card being produced”.
Good luck to everyone else waiting for their good new.
And kindly update the sheets for me 😀

It took about a month to get the interview date and I was given a month to prepare. Hope this helps

Congratulations on your approval! Sorry you had to go through the interview and wonder what took them so long to make a decision.

I don't think I see your info on the spreadsheet but if you could provide your timeline from the day you mailed your package I will add you to the sheet!

Hi Visa Journey members,

finally some good news for me as well! I just had my naturalization interview.. which turned out to be a combo interview for i-751 and N-400. I was approved for both/passed both, but the i-751 needs to be adjudicated first. Also, I won't receive the physical 10 year green card as I will at the same time receive citizenship. Just wanted to let you know as I'm June 2018 filer for i-751 in Vermont. Oh, the N-400 interview was in Washington D.C.

The officer told me to expect a status change by end of tomorrow and oath ceremony in either January or February.

Congratulations. Praying soon for us. Still trying to make a Infopass the last month. Our 18 month letter expires on Saturday. USCIS needs to do much better this is ridiculous.

Don't forget the proof of travel! We got the passport the same day. Let me know if you have questions.

Thank you!! I was able to go this AM and apply in person. I had printouts of my flight itinerary and hotel booking. I was told to come in Monday to pick it up in person. It works for me as my trip isn’t till 1/24.

Well we had the InfoPass to get the stamp in passport. Pretty effortless. Praying N-400 interview comes up soon I see Houston is now scheduling May 2019 filers (that's N-400).

Is anyone still waiting (from June 2018 filers)?   We submitted the "out of normal processing request" and a month later, they just said they have no idea when it will be looked at... "We regret that we are unable to provide you with a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your application".

OMG I’m so sorry that’s awful to hear... you have to wait out of the normal and on top of that when you submit such thing to see what’s going on you get the most blunt answer from them? Wow.
