That must be frustrating!!!! When did you get the update? Did they transfer your case after the interview update?

I got the letter about a week ago about being Transferred to Lee summitt, MO. I don’t know if I’m getting a interview or not the letter just said it was transferred and I might get one

It’s so confusing to me how they’re working. I got an update yesterday that my case was ready to be scheduled for an interview, then this morning I got another update that my case has been moved to another office that has jurisdiction over my case. I really don’t know how to process this

You can call the USCIS automated service and it will tell you where the files are being transferred to.

Did you send two different applications for ROC for your son and yourself? or was he included in your own applications? The reason I am asking is because I included my three kids in my application since we all received our GC the same day.  Thank you!

We filed separately. For some reason we got too nervous and was clueless on what to do.  He turned 21 years old 3 days after my wedding so we thought he aged out. We went to USCiS field office to ask for guidance. Long story short, I filed first then after a few weeks he filed his adjustment of status.

I have seen variation between 2 weeks to 6 weeks turn-around time for rfe's from posts.

Called USCIS customer support with options: 1 1 2 2

The officer refused to escalate to Tier-2 since the case hasn't been pending for more than twenty months.

The officer did mention that call for biometrics is made by a human as opposed to some automated scheduling software. This means someone must have looked at my case to order new biometrics in last July. That someone though doesn't have to necessarily be an adjudicating officer. The case remains pending at CSC with no visibility into who, when and what of the procedure to get it done.

I just saw that the processing time for Potomac has changed to 13.5 to 15.5 months from 12.5 to 14 months.

Was thinking it shouldn't be too far for me to hear a good news but seems like the wait continues. I've been postponing going to see my family because I thought I'd probably have new GC by the end of this month or so but maybe I should just travel with the letter even though I'd prefer to travel with a valid GC.

I travel a lot for work and have used by extension letter 7 times in the last year. Never had an issue boarding a flight or during immigration. I'd not hesitate flying with it, although I understand the preference to have a valid 10 year GC. I'm also waiting for a decision. My file was transferred to Potomac on May 7th from VSC

I feel exactly the same.

Is anyone still updating the sheet for all June 2018 filers ? Not sure how many like us are still waiting...

That's good to know, thank. Since you seem to be experienced, mind if I ask if there's anything I should know or be prepared for when traveling with the letter and the expired GC or is it just the same as when you have a valid GC?

Was your case transferred to Potomac as well?

It feels like there aren't many of us left from June 2018. It's ridiculous when even people from August are getting their approvals while we June filers are still waiting.

No transfer.  I am CSC filer ...Got done with biometrics in early June this year( initially got waiver for it in March ) , no updates after that ... I can't comprehend in what order the cases are being touched upon.

Its no different than using your unexpired GC. Anytime they ask for GC, hand them both. In my experience, the CBP agent barely looked at the letter.
