I think things are changing and you should take this article very serious. What was not enforced in the past might be enforced in the future...

You are still singing your old tune.....WHAT was NOT enforced? Make clear examples!

Relax, this is not a race.

The last time you have been punished by mods for giving borderline illegal advice. I see your profile has been unblocked again, and first thing, you continue with advice that brought you in trouble before.  I am not going to fight this out with you. It is up to you to continue to mislead others...

I am not "misleading" anyone. You are misleading by providing inaccurate and unsubstantiated information. I have not done anything wrong and have not been "punished by mods"!

Relax, this is not a race.

Hello lovely people again! I am trying to file by next week, so a few questions that I am sure are answered elsewhere...

1. I can handwrite neatly all the forms right? or is it better to type?

2. Affordable place to get documents translated? I am fluent in English and Spanish so I know I could translate marriage certificate and 2 birth certificates or is there somewhere that does it cheaply>

3. I submit the I-130 and the AOS together right? with separate packets and separate fees...do they go to the same place?

1. Yes but it is easier to type and print. That way you have a digital copy as well.

2. Several online translators available. google it.

3.they go to the same place. You can use same check or separate checks. all that matters is the total amount is correct.

More  questions to my lovely friends...

1. Affidavits of knowing our relationship and affidavits of support have to be signed in front of a notary?

2. certified copies of passports, birth certificate and marriage certificates? where do I get those?
