Hello everyone! i need your help :)

 

Do you guys know if I have to provide a police certificate if I visited India 2 times for almost 6 month?

 

i spent winter 2014 there (something like 5 month and 29 days there, because I was on 6 month tourist visa and I left 1-2 days before exp. date), then I came back home for 6 month and visited India again ( 5 month and 30 days). 

Basically each time I left before my 183 days were complete. But if count together, it is obviously more than 6 month

So i dont know whether I need the certificate or not
