How about you prove that all the improvements  are due to Trump? You are he one who made the idiotic claim.

I never said all the improvements are from Trump. In fact I have said I don't believe the economy is totally controlled by any president. But their policies do have a large impact. You want to talk about idiotic claims? How about claiming that the current economic improvements are in large part or even completely because of Obama's policies then not being able to cite a single policy as an example?

A president's impact on the economy is maybe 10% of it, at best, and I'm being generous. The same ole futile debate who's had a bigger influence when the real answer is neither...kinda entertaining to watch.

True, obviously, but when your economy is a giant bubble, it's not really helpful to have the president going around with a giant pin.

Actually, imo, that pin the best thing that can happen to a bubble and the sooner the better

I think it's going to be way worse than 2008, and I'm not sure people are ready for this to happen right now. I'm not sure they will be any more ready in a year or 2 though so to that extent I agree with you.

The best thing IMO, is whenever it happens, they don't try to fix it with a band-aid again.

The reason it's going to be worse than 2008 is because it's been prolonged for a decade. 2000 should have popped sooner and would have had a better outcome, 2007 should have popped sooner and would have had a better outcome, and this thing should have popped wayyyyyy sooner. People will never be ready for it, but if you keep prolonging it the consequence of it breaking will be even worse. I agree with your last statement, and I'll add don't try to artificially inflate and hold it up for years upon years again.
