@Greenbaum or anyone who knows the answer please I need your help. My fiance can't find the copy of our NOA1 and NOA2. Will there be a problem? Or is there a way that we can ask for another copy of it. TIA

The horse is already out of the barn but I have preached that each of you who are filing should get a "dropbox" or "Google Drive" account where you will store a scanned copy of every document that you produce or receive. Create folders for easy filing. Share the password with your fiancé(e) and you will both thank me for the advice. Here is a simple case where you wouldn't have to pay to get a copy. You would just go to your DB or GB and print the document.

Like @K1visaHopeful states it will cost you now and yes the NOA2 is not required until you are married and filing your AOS.

You’re welcome 😁 I haven’t got my visa until now. It’s been 8 days already. But my friend I met during my interview got hers yesterday. She just picked it up in 2Go SM Cebu branch.

And btw, I’m from Cebu. The other friend I know got hers in just 4 days and she’s from Olongapo. 😀

Congrats!!!!! Do you mind if i ask what are the questions ? My interview is coming up next week 🙏

Some example questions would be:

-What is the name of your fiancé/e?

-Where did you meet?

-When did you meet?

-How did you meet?

-When are you planning to get married?

-What is your fiancé/es work?

-Have you gone out of the country?

-How long were you out of the country?

-How many times has your fiancé/e visited you?

-Where did you go when your fiancé/e visited you?

-Do you plan to have kids?

-Where do you plan on staying in the US?

-name and DoB

-what year did you meet

-How did you meet

-what are your fiancé parents names

-your fiancé's employer and job

-have either of you been married before

-other countries you've been to

-do you have kids together

These are some of the questions but rest assure that all the questions will be about the petitioner, the beneficiary, and the relationship. Always tell the truth even if the truth is "I don't know". Don't rush in answering and give a straightforward answer. Look the CO in the eye when answering and smile. Don't give a novel as your answer. Just brief and concise. Don't volunteer any information unless asked, this could send you down the wrong road.

Don't forget to ask if you passed.

Hello!!! I  am

dropping my papers tomorrow. I was quite surprised that they are only asking me to drop the following:

Beneficiary original birth certificate

Front page of passport copy

Police clearance

I-134

Medical result

Ds-160 confirmation page

is this normal? I thought they would need updated letter of intent, certificate of no marriage, but they did not ask this for the drop.

Any similar experience? I just want to get this right please.

Do you have the P3 letter from the Embassy outlining all the required documents and forms?

Hi! No, they don’t have the P3 letter here, all they did is contacted me to inform me where to get my medical and once results are collected, they have instructed me to call them to schedule an interview. Then the lady just mentioned the things i need to drop which are above.

Probably would be a good idea to contact others filing through your embassy currently or recently. You dont sound too sure nor does "the lady" if all she did was "mention" the documents you need rather than providing you with a list in writing. Unfortunately most of us cannot provide much help as we are not filing through Bermuda and each embassy has it's own requirements.

I know the struggle though of the wishy washy, "soon come" lifestyle ....I lived in the Caymans for years. I cannot imagine doing this process there and getting a straight answer.

I’ve been in contact with one actually who I found here in the forum as well. Their process was back in 2015. They did not have a p3 as well. Lol. Just praying and hoping it will be a smooth interview.

It went great. I was nervous as hell but I've known my hunny for years so the questions were easy peasy. Not much they could ask me that I didnt know. My Visa took 2 days to get here and I leave on the 24th.

Just make sure you have all possible documents and photocopies and act natural. It really is just an interview. They just want to ensure that you really know your soon to be spouse and it all isn't a sham.
