Hi dear,have you tried logging in again from the email you got ? I mean the packet 4. Maybe you should try that if you haven’t already I’m guessing it should start from the scratch when you log in from there.

This is frustrating,I see on the screen first available appointment is (with the date)..have you tried clicking on that?..you should have the (home option) at least to go back

sorry Greenbaum, maybe you can explain. For me it sounds like I created a second application for a family member. So I should enter all my data again? Sorry again that I sound stupid but this website screwed me up several times already.

Yes I think so,I’m sure this should be fixed pretty quick once you get hold of the embassy...but the other option is really talking about other applicants with you,I saw that too when I registered.

Have you spoken to others from Germany besides @sitta. She's made good suggestions but to get another perspective you might try in your country or regional website.

After over a month of waiting at NVC I called them to for them to tell me petition got sent back to USCIS. I asked them what happened and they said they do not know to call USCIS. I called USCIS and they told me they received it back on July 31. And asked me if we had an interview yet. I said know was waiting for it to go to US embassy in Cambodia. She said she doesn't know why it came back. All she sees is that it was approved. She was a tier 2 officer. She said for me to wait for info. Could take up to 180 days. I'm so frustrated at the moment. What should I do?

I did. Unfortunately our subforum is not really talkative. Seems that most of the veterans don't check the forum. I got lot of help from 2 persons there (sitta for example). Whatever...I clicked back and then I clicked continue, then I clicked on the other kind of visa and back again, the dashboard suddenly didn't show my payment etc. I logged out and in. Clicked continue and suddenly it worked. This site is screwed up. And this screwed me up. I'm actually good in computer stuff but this website made me cry.

Well take note you over came this problem and so you should feel good that you are still a master at the computer. I'm glad you got beyond this hiccup.
