Visa on hand and departure date is set 😊

interview: 25 Jul (Wed)

visa issued: 26 Jul (Thu)

voh: 31 Jul (Tue)

My flight is on 14 Aug, POE SFO. I just need the Cfo sticker (already attended the seminar prior interview).

Took us 48 days from NOA 2, wow we are thankful, fiancé and I are so delighted 🤩🤩

Congratulations :)

That has nothing to do with the K-1 visa so just ignore it. Your safe.

Thanks! We've booked the interview and the medical, and I suddenly had this memory of the guy at the NVC mentioning an invoice that had to be paid, so I had a moment of panic! I'm so glad to know it doesn't have anything to do with the K-1 visa. How strange that they tell us things like that that do not pertain to our particular visa. I'll never understand, and am glad we're almost done, haha.

Thanks so much for all your insight and help along the way! It is very much appreciated! 😊

What does of "additional testing" might be required during the medical.  The medical is Aug 29th. I'm going to try for the interview the week of September 10th. Thanks

Additional testing refers to cases that require additional testing for certain diseases or health problems. Philippines will find a few cases of TB which is a disease that can kill if not treated and since it can be spread to others its required to be cured before a visa is issued. Other cases can require a psychological evaluation such as drug use or history of attempted suicide. If you have none of these examples this additional testing won't apply for you.

Congrats. You know you can get the CFO Sticker at NAIA or any of the CFO locations if that works for you.

Thank you again @Greenbaum I’m considering on getting it at the airport (I need to inform the cfo right? If I choose this way??) but also not hassle for me to get the sticker at Cfo Manila since it’s only a short bus ride (just becoming long coz of the traffic lol).

You can get your CFO sticker (you must still take the seminar either at the Cebu or Manila locations) at any terminal at Manila NAIA. They request that you call ahead 2-3 days to schedule and appointment to meet and receive the CFO completion stcker.

CFO NAIA: 632-879-5685 or 02-879-5685

They are open from 5am till 12 midnight

CFO NAIA desk is at terminal 1 beside TIEZA travel tax desk which is between the entrance doors with the x-ray / conveyor machines..

CFO counter is next to the travel tax counter in terminal 2, up front of the departure area

CFO sticker at Terminal 3 on the 3rd Floor at the CFO office.

Thank you for this info. I’m finished with the GCP seminar (got the certificate), only the sticker is what I need from them. 😊😊😊

I just have a question. My interview appointment page only has one barcode, the UID. I saw some people has two, the other one being the ds 160 code. How can I have my ds 160 show up? Or is it okay if I only have one barcode on it? Thanks

You should have printed off a interview scheduling confirmation and then you should have printed off the DS-160 confirmation page. Both should have a barcode. Now, having read what I just said, is this what you have?

Yes that's what I have. I just saw some applicants where their interview appointment confirmation page also shows the ds 160 barcode, so I got worried that I did mine wrong. Although when I scheduled my interview, it didn't ask (on the website) for my ds 160 application ID.

Then you have the correct documents. I believe that it doesn't ask for the DS-160 confirmation number. Your good to go. Trust the process.
