Very nice to hear this from a Canadian a little further ahead of me in the process. I have heard of others who have force fed P3 and had no issues. Worst case they will do is tell you it is too early to submit it. Might as well send it in being you already have "ready" on the CEAC.

I might possibly if I don't get the P3 by next week. At this point, with only 4 appts per Wednesday per month, I don't want to p!ss anyone off and jeopardize my wait time even more especially after they've already sent the email to wait my turn. I'll keep my timeline updated if you wish to follow it.

Thank you 😊

My local embassy is Philippines. I just really want to make sure.

Btw, did you wait to receive your P3 before gathering all necessary documents needed?

Remember back a ways I offered all that you will need from someone who took the time to create a website and "spoon feed" you on what is next when processing in the Philippines. He and I have helped thousands from the Philippines as he has been around for at least 10 years and I about 5 years. That's better than hiring a lawyer and we are free.

Is it normal that my fiance (petitioner) did not receive an email/text about our noa2 today however they sent me an email (beneficiary) instead

I wouldn't worry about it. I was approved on the new system and neither one of us got email or text notification

Doing a little search on Google, which you should do, I found this for you https://bm.usconsulate.gov/visas/nonimmigrant-visas-crewmembers/how-to-apply/

Go to the "portals" tab on the blue ribbon above and search for your country. Lots of information there.  Next go to the "guides" tab and scroll down and select the immigration wiki and search for your country.

We have seen both ways. No big deal. Has no effect on your process. Some ppl get nothing.

Last but IMPORTANT!

Not knowing what Embassy (in your case you stated your country but I would not have known otherwise) you are processing through prevents us from responding to many of your questions. If you look at the profile others here, they have a flag for their country so it makes it easy for us to reply as some answers are Embassy specific.

So if you could help yourself out and complete your profile sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Hi there! I appreciate your response. I have googled a lot and my last resort was raising a question to this forum, the bermuda website which i have been who knows how many times does not really have significant information about the k1 process, the link that you have sent are for people working in the ship who wish to obtain to transit here. But again thank you for your time in answering my query.

I read over the information and the only thing that I see different is the documents which for a K-1 can be found here. http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/family/fiance-k-1.html#1 and here http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/family/fiance-k-1.html#1

What about the wiki and the portal. Any help there.

Sorry for a dumb question, but..apart from calling NVC to inquire about the case number, how do you track when it is ready? I've been reading the forum and people say they checked some website to see that the NVC process is ready, but I failed to see what this website is.. Can you please explain? Thank you.
